Fast, tracked shipping — and a clear, fair returns policy.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum.
Sent via USPS Ground Advantage with full tracking and $100 carrier insurance included.
Delivery: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships, so you can follow it door to door.
We ship to all 50 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take a little longer.

Tip: double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it's on its way.

All sales are final. We want the process to be clear, so please read this before ordering:

No refunds. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
Size exchanges only. If your item doesn't fit, you may exchange it for a different size of the same item (subject to availability).
Store credit. Where an exchange isn't possible, we issue store credit toward another item. Credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, returned within 14 days of delivery. Worn, washed, or altered items are not eligible.
Return shipping. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Defective or wrong item. Email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or credit.
How to start. Email contact@eternal18fashion.com with your order number and reason. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.
